On the occasion of International Nurses Day, May 12, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital would like to express our deepest gratitude to all nurses — the unsung heroes who dedicate themselves to caring for others with compassion, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment.
To mark this special day, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital received a generous donation of organic, pesticide-free fresh vegetables from Food Next, presented by Ms. Thipawan Srichanpotikun, Marketing Director and General Administration Manager, and Chef Thanaporn Nuanyang, Executive Chef at Food Next. They were joined by Ms. Siriwimon Kitapanich, CEO of Rai Ruenrom Organic Farm, Chiang Rai.
This initiative was made to show care and support for the nurses who tirelessly perform their duties, ensuring the best possible health outcomes for others. The donation was received on behalf of the hospital by Ms. Thasawan Siriwong, Executive Director of Ramkhamhaeng Hospital, alongside our nursing team.
Beyond encouragement, these fresh vegetables are also used as ingredients in the hospital’s kitchen to promote healthy nutrition — supporting both patients in recovery and medical staff who need energy to provide the best care possible.
International Nurses Day is held in remembrance of Florence Nightingale, the pioneer of modern nursing, who dedicated her life to serving patients with love, sacrifice, and humanity.
Nurses are the heart of the healthcare system. In both ordinary times and moments of crisis, they give their all to ensure the well-being of patients. Ramkhamhaeng Hospital would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation and admiration to all nurses — and to stand beside you as a small but meaningful source of support for your health and well-being.
On the day that nurses care for patients... we want to be the ones who care for the nurses.
Because good health for all begins with mutual care and compassion.
