On Saturday, November 8, 2025, the medical team from Ramkhamhaeng Hospital joined the “PAWER MARATHON 2025”, a charity running event for pet lovers, held at Nong Bon Public Park, Bangkok, to promote the health and well-being of both people and their beloved pets in a warm and lively atmosphere.
At the event, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital set up two health service booths offering free health checkups:
First Aid Station: Providing basic first aid for runners and participants.
Health Check Station: Conducting basic health assessments before and after exercise, with professional nurses offering continuous care and advice.
The services included:
Blood pressure measurement
Body composition analysis using a Body Composition machine
Physical fitness tests such as:
Back and leg muscle strength test
Hand grip strength test
Sit and reach flexibility test
Our team was pleased to offer personalized health advice, helping participants better understand their overall health and start taking care of themselves the right way.
