On Saturday, April 26, 2025, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital organized a seminar titled "When Should You See a Doctor? — Urinary Incontinence, Frequent or Difficult Urination, Infections, Kidney Stones, and Enlarged Prostate," which attracted a large number of interested participants.
The event aimed to provide essential knowledge and information on urinary tract issues and related health problems. It was honored by a team of medical specialists who shared their expertise on key topics, including:
Dr. Srisupa Laohapakon, specialist in Gynecologic Oncology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Laparoscopic Surgery, spoke on "Sexually Transmitted Infections and the Urinary Tract."
Dr. Siwat Paisalkij, specialist in Urological Surgery, presented on "Understanding Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, Prostate Cancer, and Urinary Stone Diseases."
Dr. Thitinan Tansatit, specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, discussed "Urinary Symptoms in Menopausal Women."
Dr. Purim Rueanphu, specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, and Laparoscopic Surgery, spoke on "An Issue Not to Overlook: Urinary Incontinence."
All attendees gained valuable insights into preventive measures and treatments for urinary tract and related conditions, directly from leading medical experts. They also had opportunities for interactive Q&A sessions, received souvenirs and prizes, and experienced the demonstration of a pelvic floor neuromuscular stimulation chair, a new technology designed to address urinary incontinence problems.
