Multiday Patch Holter
The Multiday Patch Holter is a wearable ECG device that records heartbeats and detects abnormal heart rhythms. It is suitable for patients whose doctors suspect they may have arrhythmias, where they may experience occasional abnormal palpitations, fainting, dizziness, or irregular heartbeats due to certain arrhythmias that may occur occasionally. As a result, a normal electrocardiogram (EKG) under normal circumstances will not enable the detection of an abnormality.
Thus, we will not be able to tell if the palpitations are caused by an irregular heartbeat. As a consequence, the doctor may encourage their patient to use a Multiday Patch Holter to detect such irregular heartbeats.
Upon attachment of the Multiday Patch Holter, the patient can return to stay at home or work as usual, then after 24 or 48 hours, the patient can come back and take off the machine and wait for the results of the analysis from the doctor.
The Multiday Patch Holter is a device that does not cause pain and does not penetrate the body. Therefore, it does not pose any serious risks.
