1. SMS appointment reminders with Ram Tele Care options, if you are not convenient to get service in our hospital.
2. Our doctor calls for a consultation on the day of the appointment and arranges medication.
3. The relevant department sends SMS informing of service fees, medication and payment methods.
4. The patient sends proof of payment. And confirm the return address to the Line account @ramtelecare of each department.
5. Delivery medication via EMS post and inform the package tracking number to patients via SMS.
6. Call to follow to confirm the order of drug acceptance, inquire and answer questions about drug use.
