This training focuses on our employees, especially The Customer Service team. To develop themselves regularly and continuously. Cognitive as well as best practices in providing customer service. This includes learning to provide a new service that is consistent with the current situation “Service in new normal”. And fostering a good conscience in the role of the service provider. Bringing the utmost satisfaction to the clients and stepping towards excellence in services.

 

By having “Coach Oi” Ms. Napasorn Siriphakdee, a service specialist with more than 20 years of experience, hotel management, and personnel development of 5-star hotel chains, hotel business planning and service professionals as a lecturer to educate the guests. Training at the Grand Ballroom, 3rd Building, 10th Floor, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital on Monday 27th July 2020.
