Chocolate Cyst

     Chocolate Cyst is a fluid-filled sac in the ovaries that forms from ectopic endometrial tissue (tissue similar to the lining of the uterus growing outside the uterus). The sac contains old, thick, brown blood that resembles melted chocolate, hence the name.
