Dr. Jermpol Bhumitrakul, Executive Director and Board Member, together with Mr. Thibault Spithakis, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Executive Committee Member, represented Ramkhamhaeng Hospital in receiving the prestigious “Excellence in Claim Coordination” award at the AIA Hospital Awards 2025.
This award is presented to partner hospitals that demonstrate excellence in service quality, efficient and seamless health insurance claims management, and the delivery of outstanding customer experiences for AIA policyholders. It reflects the hospital’s strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support for insured patients at all times.
