From July 24 to 28, 2026, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital provided medical support for the International Youth Basketball Championships 2026 (IYBC 2026) at Ruamrudee International School (Minburi Campus). Organized by a group of Thai youth basketball parents, the event aimed to contribute to elevating Thai youth basketball to the international stage.
This was the 4th edition of the tournament since its inception in 2023. It brought together over 800–1,000 male and female youth athletes aged 12–18 from 70–75 teams, along with over 3,500 coaches, parents, and supporters from 15 countries and economic regions across Asia and around the world. The competition featured four age divisions competing for trophies of honor and Royal Trophies under the FIBA Official Basketball Rules 2022.
As a healthcare partner, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital is committed to supporting and taking care of the physical health of both Thai and international youth athletes under international standards. The hospital deployed First Aid units across all 7 courts to ensure peak performance, readiness, and comprehensive safety during the matches, helping empower these young athletes to grow into professional sports careers at the regional level.
