Why is an Annual Health Checkup Important?
For those without illness, as age increases, the risk of certain diseases also rises, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, digestive system disorders, etc., as well as the risk of diseases like cancer and endocrine disorders. Early-stage abnormalities may show no symptoms until they progress to advanced stages, which are difficult to treat.
Annual Health Checkup
An annual health checkup is not just blood tests or X-rays, but also includes consulting with a doctor, which is the most important part. It allows us to detect abnormalities and take preventive measures before diseases occur. If a disease is found early, it can be cured much more easily than when detected at an advanced stage.
We surely would not want unexpected illnesses to ruin our life plans, whether it be career progression or family future, simply due to a lack of attention to physical health care.
