Ramkhamhaeng Hospital donated unusable, damaged fabrics to Better World Green Co., Ltd. to be repurposed as renewable energy fuel.
Ramkhamhaeng Hospital aims to contribute to the promotion and advocacy of waste management for non-recyclable materials by having them processed through physical treatment by experts. This process produces standardized fuel for use as renewable energy, reducing environmental impacts from landfill, greenhouse gas emissions, and climate change. The hospital emphasizes environmental conservation and encourages employees to separate waste for the benefit of the broader community.
The hospital collected used materials such as pajamas, blankets, and bed linens that have expired and have been sterilized, to be delivered to Better World Green Co., Ltd. for conversion into renewable energy fuel.
Ms. Tassawan Siriwong, Executive Director of Ramkhamhaeng Hospital, participated in the photo session and handed over the damaged fabrics to Better World Green Co., Ltd. on March 29, 2022.
