Ramkhamhaeng Hospital Organizes Workshop on "Enhancing Professional Nurses' Competencies Based on Quality and Safety Concepts
On Friday, May 7, 2024, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital held a workshop in the conference room on the 10th floor of Building 3. The workshop aimed to enhance the competencies of professional nurses based on quality and safety concepts. It focused on integrating the Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) standards to improve the quality and safety of nursing practices at Ramkhamhaeng Hospital.
The workshop also aimed to prepare future nurses with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to improve the quality and safety of healthcare systems. Key topics included patient-centered care, teamwork and collaboration, adherence to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety, and modern informatics. The ultimate goal is to provide high-quality nursing care and continually develop nurses' competencies to ensure patient safety during their service at the hospital.
